Phillip and Holly baffle This Morning fans with absence: 'Jumped the queue on half term?'

Phillip and Holly baffle This Morning fans with absence: 'Jumped the queue on half term?' – Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby usually present This Morning between Monday and Thursday. Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary have fronted the show every Friday since replacing Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes. However, during the school holidays, Holly and Phillip always take a planned break from presenting and are usually replaced by some of the show’s guest presenters. However, their absence left a lot of viewers confused, as many pointed out that it wasn’t half-term for many schools yet.
Some claimed that children break up from school next week.
Taking to social media to quiz where they were, user @I_knew_Bob tweeted: “Thought that they would want to gloat with their wonderful viewers?”
User @Brekkietweets joked: “Have Holly and Phil jumped the queue on half term as well? Isn’t it next week for most schools?” While Tom Muzzy asked: “Is it half term? Is Holly and Phil off?”
“Yes!!! Brilliant! Alison and Dermot are presenting @thismorning hopefully this week so I’ll watch #ThisMorning,” April penned.
