Jack is a typical hardworking 33-year-old who enjoys sports, hunting and spending time with his family, friends and dog Hoyt. However, his life was turned upside down when he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, which only 50 people in their 30s are diagnosed with each year. To beat the cancer, Jake is currently undergoing chemotherapy and also requires Whipple surgery, a complex and life-saving procedure. Jack went from living a full life as a healthy young man to battling this rare form of cancer. His story reminds us how quickly our lives can change.
