Laura J. Steffen Obituary – Laura J. Steffen, 45, of Dyersville, Iowa died Monday, August 12, 2013, at her home.

Friends may call from 2 – 8 p.m. Friday, August 16, 2013, at Kramer Funeral Home in Dyersville where a vigil service will be held at 3 p.m.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 17, 2013, at St. Francis Xavier Basilica with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Noah Diehm will officiate.
Laura was born October 25, 1967, in Manchester, Iowa, the daughter of Louis and Janice (Feltes) Besler.

She married Steve Steffen on April 6, 1991, in Worthington, Iowa.
Laura operated a daycare out of her home for many years and truly loved taking care of children.

She enjoyed camping, spending time with family & friends, and playing cards.
Survivors include her husband, Steve, one son, Nick at home, her parents, Louis and Janice Besler of Worthington, and sisters: Sue (Brian) Aubrecht of Cedar Rapids.

She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Leander Steffen, and stepfather-in-law, Gilbert Honkomp. Click here for more.
