My wonderful, generous, and loving friend Katy Michelson’s son Isaac passed away this morning. She is my great friend, our children are great friends. Isaac was such a sweet boy and he will be missed immensely by his friends and family.

Isaac was in the hospital for the last almost 3 weeks. Please consider supporting the Michelson family with the medical expenses they incurred during that time. We can’t take their pain and greif away, but maybe we can help ease the burden during such a hard time.

REUBEN MICHELSON Obituary: Reuben Michelson, age 91, of Lyndhurst, Ohio passed away on March 4, 2019. Beloved husband, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Reuben was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1927. He spent his entire childhood growing up in Chicago, cheering on the Cubs with his mother and grandmother. Reuben graduated from Hyde Park High School. He then served in the Army, stationed in Japan during the post-World War II reconstruction. After completing his military service, Reuben attended Olivet College where he graduated in 1952. During his college years, he was involved in Student Council, served as President of the Phi Alpha Pi fraternity, and earned letters in multiple years playing varsity football, basketball, and baseball. Lucille G. Michelson, of Elgin: The Funeral Service for Lucille G. Michelson, age 97, of Elgin formerly of Lark will be held at 10:30 am MT Tuesday, June 14, 2016, at the Bethel Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Carson. Pastor Paul Ferrie will officiate with burial in the Lark Cemetery. Serving as casket bearers are David Michelson, Mitch Michelson, Shaye Anderson, Isaac Arntson, Matt Wallin, and Jordin Paulson. Lucille Geraldine Wessel, the third daughter of William (Bill) and Selma (Nyland) Wessel, was born in Leith, ND on the 21st day of July 1918. She graduated from Leith High School in 1937 and went to Teachers College in Dickinson, ND for two years. During WWII and in the fall of 1943, she took the train to Seattle, WA where she worked for Boeing Aircraft as a riveter on the B-17 and B-29 planes. When the last one (5000) of the B-17 was built, it was called the 5 Grand and all wrote their names on it. At the end of the war in 1945, she returned to North Dakota where she continued to teach in various country schools in Grant County. Full Obituary
